Taking Care of Ourselves

We have learned that if we don’t do the right things to take care of our team at the scene, our brothers and sisters can suffer short- and long-term illnesses that can be fatal. We need to take care of ourselves on emergency scenes while we take care of our communities. We will discuss the importance for rehab on emergencies and strategies to avoid losing our most important resource, our people.
