Beyond the Sirens

As we evolve as emergency services, we find that some things we are doing might have made sense once, but today the proof contradicts their practice. Use of lights and sirens is a good example. The risks and costs of incidents far outweigh what we now know about regarding the time saved and the need for aggressive driving.
